- Software should be in intact conditions in which it was taken or purchased
- It can be installed and used
- If there is any defect in software such as file missing, file corrupt, then it is not able to accept it as a refund
- You need to prove that you have properly uninstalled the software in case software is installed
The refund will not initiate until our team will validate that the product or services taken have been intact and not damaged. Once the refund is approved it would go to your account timely.
The policy can be differing from product to product so before purchasing any product please read the conditions properly. If you want to return after a time period we won’t entertain you at any condition. Check the product refund details and time period as well. Once the time period is over you can’t request a refund.
Be remembering to return the product with the same packing, which also includes the material while purchasing the product. You are liable to prove that you have not used the product. You should also take care of the starting period of any product.
If there is any damage in services or product from our side then it is our responsibility to change it or to give a refund as per the product purchased. However, if there is an issue with the purchased product or services from your side then it is not our responsibility to change or for refund. In this case, you are not eligible for any return or refund.
